About the Accommodation

This accommodation features a spacious and multi-functional room designed for both comfort and convenience. It includes a bunk bed setup with a desk and chair underneath, along with additional furniture such as a sofa, small table with chairs, and a media console with a television. Storage is provided through shelves, a tall cabinet, and a dresser. Large windows bring in natural light and provide access to a balcony, creating an open and airy atmosphere suitable for studying and relaxing.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stovetop, sink, tiled backsplash, cabinets, and a refrigerator, providing the essentials for meal preparation. The bathroom includes a shower with a mounted showerhead and a separate toilet area. A dedicated laundry section with a washer and dryer is also available. The apartment offers access to a balcony overlooking the street, providing a bit of outdoor space for fresh air and views of the neighborhood. Additionally, this accommodation includes the option of an electric bike if needed. Alternatively, a public transport subscription can be discussed, depending on your preference and availability.
